Monitoring that works without the internet
MeshNet is a decentralised, controlled-access wireless mesh. Nothing depends on the internet or a central server.
One local network for machine data and cameras
No central server
Nothing depends on the internet or a central server, and it works without them.
Machine data and CCTV
Carries Modbus machine data and CCTV with minimal cabling, at about 100-150 Mbps local speed.
Our firmware on branded routers
Runs on branded routers with our firmware. Custom connectors are built within about a week.
MeshComm
Calls inside the mesh.
Netranet
A prioritised channel for cameras and screens.
MeshNet AI Store
An e-commerce portal for vendors.
A live power-system model in the browser
The problem
Customers usually receive only PDF study reports and cannot re-run them. A full ETAP-class licence is expensive, so smaller factories go without.
What it models
A 132 kV to 415 V system with 4 voltage levels and 9 buses: AC load flow, short circuit, WLS data-integrity estimation and relay coordination.
How it connects
Animated single-line diagram, an admin AI agent, NTP and IEEE 1588 PTP time sync, IEC 61850, and readers for Modbus, BACnet, OPC UA, Profibus and Profinet.
A 3D model of the factory floor
The 3D factory engine rebuilds a plant in the browser. It has been shown on a 10-acre factory with an airflow simulation, HVLS fans and distribution panels.
AI needs a lot of data. One power quality instrument logging about 1,000 parameters every second produces about 86 million readings a day, or about 2.6 billion in 30 days.
